Just how much do you have there little Mrs.?
Yup, it's a very cute, but darn near non-fuctional scenic pincushion. All the little goodies are pins. Even the bunny is glued to a super big forming pin we used to nail into the forms to display tailored shirts, back in my former life.
The base is an orphaned, topless, Wedgewood sugarbowl...Thrifted, of course. Rescued Mohair felt, scavenged stuffing, and vintage millinery and a tiny wooden bunny that I finally found a use for. I painted him. That was fun.
Anyhooo, I plan to be hoppin' down your bunny trail with more fun tomorrow with a Thrift Thursday giveaway!
My all your Fevers be Spring Fevers,
Betty

Adorable. I am in love with that Mr Bunny, so elegantly clad.
Adorable!
Seriously, the best I've ever seen in this genre. LOVE HIM!
Oh goodness, that's cute! My kids, who love to put pins in pin cushions, would have so much love for that little scene!
that's totally adorable. I think Mrs. Workbasket has also put on her thinking eyebrows.
You are so crafty clever! Thank you so much for sharing your know how and creative/productive gusts - inspirational indeed, and I am thankful :)
what makes it almost non-functional? I love it! You can stick pins in it obviously...
Anyway, that is the cutest thing I've seen in ages.
