Just keep your eyes on the darling daisy in her new birthday out fit. Perhaps she can distract you from the fact that I just don't keep up around here like I should.
I sewed it from a couple of the Portobello Pixies patterns and she loves it so much she wore it to Disneyland. A very fine compliment indeed.
Keep the faith, Craft Faithful, I'll be back on the blog pony, soon.
So adorable! Maybe we'll see it on the preschool yard. I love asking her who has made her clothes...my mother and grandmother made all my clothes growing up and it's such a rare gift these days!
ReplyDeleteWhat a cute outfit! No wonder she loves it!

Oh yeah... I made this outfit in the late 1960's - BUT the pants were skin tight (with huge colorful bell bottoms) and the top showed my midriff (it was pretty hot at the time!) My friends and I made matching outfits for our "cool" garage party - we were teenagers. You really brought back a memory there BB! Lindy
ReplyDeleteI wish I could still make fun stuff for my little girl. Wait a minute she was even picky at three! At almost sixteen she still has very definite ideas.
ReplyDeleteThe baby so cute...
