Finish # 19: Crispy Like a Crinoline

Found a great old crinoline out thrifting in the Very Recent Past.. 
but it needed mending: 
a teeny bit of darning and a brand new elastic waist band...
Viola.
That one wasn't on the mending pile for 3 days.

Yes, I can-can.

    I was so envious of your crinoline until I thrifted one myself! It's St. Patty's green and needs some mending, but I was so excited to find it. Where do you wear yours?
