Oh Sally, and Dear Mrs. Home Maker...
What will Tuesday be like without you?

("The name of my dressmaker? Why, Yes! It's Me!")

(Saying nothing of the brilliant and handsome Mr. Home Maker...
or 'Homie' as I like to call him.)

Now, go sew something.
Make Sally Proud.

Sally looks like she is ready to ascend. Hallelujah and praise the zipper foot!

Ha - I love how cheap the husband is. So indicative of those days and that machismo attitude. That is hilarious. Wherever you found that, it's worth its weight in gold. Thanks for sharing it.

Remember…comfort is as important as beauty! So be sure to take those pins out!

This was a solid gold post. Thanks!

I wish to be radiant. Literally -- I wish for those lines of light radiating out from me as I stand, wrinkle free (clothing AND face!), clean, and in my handmade garment. Oh Sally, give me hope....
