Think Pink

Is it the dreary weather that we needed so badly that makes me covet bright colors?
Is it the Valentine Influence? No, I think it is my bedspread that belonged to Grandma Helen!

Look what it has inspired:

Pink Purchase, most prudent...

Pink Peg dolls I Painted...

Pink Puffy warm Fuzzys...

Pink Poppies I Planted..

Pink Paper I Purchased...

Pink Person I Posed....

Hope your days are in the pink!
and thanks for the lovely responses to my 6 things..

I am a pink girl all the way.. every time I come home from the nursery I laugh at myself because I always buy pink flowers. A wonderful color combo that goes along with your "theme" today is pink and orange impatiens - they combine beautifully and really pop in the garden...I know I know it's too early...

This post reminds me how much I love the movie Funny Face, one of the best bits being the whole "Think Pink" fashion campaigns. Now I want to see it. And plant things. And make things.

Lovely post. So good on a grey day. Maybe I like grey days so much because they make all the other colors of life pop out.

I love this post. It's inspiring me to do something similar. Any more dog lust? Just wondering, since I totally felt for you during your dog ordeal.

I love that bedspread! So many cute pink things. The little faces on your peg girls are adorable.

Patrice..

thanks for asking about my doggie dilemma..
I am still excited about adding a pup to the family.
We are looking at a much younger pup, so that it will grow up with the cats. With that decison came the realization this is more like a summer project, because the pup can bond with my son more, and because all the outdoor time associated with housebreaking seems more pleasant in the summer weather.

Your wonderdog looks wonderful. :)
