So Dawns The Birthday Season..

And I begin to give myself everything I fancy..
My birthday is a couple weeks away but I started celebrating already.

What do I give to my self, that has everything?

First some jewels from Susan of Sulu Designs. How Gorgeous these are! Her Original Intent posts are some of my favorites...
She spoiled me a bit and I just couldn't be more thrilled. (One pair of these is for my sister...But the rest are Mine! All Mine!!!!) And thanks Susan!
(I might add that her new Portland digs are "sponge-worthy"... Design Sponge, that is!)

Also I downloaded a new CD from Lily Allen, because I saw this video
and I was smitten with the ska and the sass. The lyrics on the album are "parental advisory worthy" but boy, can the pretty girl sing.

Off I go to stitch up some goodies, hopefully cross off a few clingers to the Craft Guilt List and get ready to milk this celebration for all it's worth.

Starting on Monday, I am handing out Party Favors.

The first one will go to some one who wears a size 8 shoe...

I'm cracking up over your spongeworthy quote. That one will go down in blogger history I'm sure.

Cute earrings too, plus I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one who uses my own birthday as an excuse to shop.

My birthday isn't January, but I do wear a 8 (shoe, that is) and since I'm only 5'1 this isn't a fact I normally put out for the world to see! I love Lily with her hoops and hair...Happy soon to be a birthday month!

Yay, fellow size eights!

Happy birthday season! I fully believe that birthdays should be celebrated all month, and maybe into the next month if you've got more celebrating to do.

So happy that I can fit a size 8, too! I think I'm in love with the ballet shoe style that's so popular right now! Love that floral pattern on them!

Oh good for you! There is nothing like celebrating your birthday (and the best gifts come from oneself I think) I like that you're doing it a couple weeks ahead...I usually only do the week...I may have to adjust that! I wear a size 8 shoe too...went down a whole shoe size when I lost weight (yeah. cause' that's where I needed to loose a size!)

I'm all smiles that I got to be part of your early birthday celebration. I am an October baby, too, and since I believe in celebrating one's birthday month (I used to believe in celebrating one's birthday week, but I hated restricting the fun to just seven days) I'm going to being my festivities today, too. Thanks for the mention, and enjoy the birthday love!
